Another gluten free recipe from the Simple Mills website…

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Yield: 6 “muffins”
Ingredients
“English Muffins”
1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
Follow the instructions on the box according to the dinner rolls instructions but split the mix into 6 larger muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
